August 5, my package shipped via UPS ground to Stanford, KY from San Gabriel, CA, scheduled arrival date: August 12. August 9, my package WAS ahead of schedule and UPS tracking said at 5:30AM it was out for delivery from Danville, KY (only 14 miles away), but nothing came. Okay, then Monday the 12th I expected my package to arrive. Monday August 12th: no package. Well, aparenly the UPS man decided to take a shortcut through SAN ANTONIO, TX, and then through Houston, ran accross Little Rock, AR, and now it's somewhere in Tenessee. How the hell did my package, which was ONLY 14 MILES AWAY get to San Antonio, TX (Approximately 1000 MILES AWAY)? A destination totally unreleated to my package and obviously out of the way. It's funny that it got away from Danville faster than it origionally traveled TO Danville. Aww well, I called UPS and they said once it gets in Lexington, KY to explain what's happend and that they will ensure that it will get to Stanford that day. Well, good thing that the package contents cost only $12 and isn't that important. Now, once I get the package, I'll be pissed if it doesn't work, because I'd have to try and get it replaced. I would have to weigh the cost of either returning it or just purchasing the damn thing over again.
UPS YOURS! (...or rather don't)
